Well what a fab business we are in! We've been out in the sunshine today to collect our catalogues from a new area.....now this was what we call an "infill"...very close to an area that we already service customers in.
We have picked up seven new customers and one or two people have asked to hold on to the books until Monday as they've not had chance to have a good look yet! (Not surprising when you consider the MASSIVE range of products we offer!)
Lots of people smiled and nodded as they passed us in the street and of course we responded with a BIG Kleeneze smile! To be fair..it's not difficult to smile when you are your own boss and you're efforts generate customers that order from you even BEFORE they've met you!!
Once you provide them with the best customer service you can...they will become your customers for life and the loyalty they show can be amazing!
After our pick up,we delivered some products in the area and we seemed to develop a trend!! Nearly everyone we delivered to placed another order with us there and then!!
This truly is a recession proof business!
Not many of those around is there?
