Zero Hours Contracts is your Boss / Company Abusing them!!!

Zero Hours contracts whats all that about? Apparently when used in the correct way will provide flexibility not only for employee's but employers too, the sad fact is many of these contracts are been abused and not playing the positive role which they were first designed to give flexibility in the work place.

As the news broke it became clear that well know High St brands and some Councils were using them for part time/ full time staff. The main disadvantage are for those who need more certainty in their working hours, as employers can not use them to avoid responsibilities to its employee's, the fact that you believe your working a 40 hour week that may reduce down to 12 hours because business is quite and the resulting fluctuating wages cause major problems when trying to balance the already stretch family budget.

The sad fact is on the official figures released by The Chartered Institute Of Personnel and Development found up to 4% of the workforce were on such contacts as one in five firm we're giving such contracts, and having surveyed a 1000 firms it found a staggering quarter of a million people mostly part time in the Retail, Care. Hotels, Leisure, Education and Healthcare sectors were contracted in this way. This equates to between 3% - 4% of the working population or 1 million people mostly between the ages of 18 to 24 and the over 55's......

Yes worked correctly these are a great contract to go on too, giving flexibility to both employer and employee but to some degree there is exploitation as one firm even expected employee's to work abroad if the need arose, many of these people are paid minimum wage but are expected to sign controversial agreements that neither guarantee work nor wages and then leave their homes and families at anytime...!!!!

Yet its the Direct Sales opportunities that are called SCAM'S yet theses businesses reward people with an unlimited income, offer rewards beyond dreams, all for building your own business and are tightly regulated by the DSA. When will people start to realize that to achieve anything in life you need to move away from the world of the employee. Stand up and be counted get a back bone then start believing in yourself remember if you can dream it then you can achieve it, as its only you that holds you back

You need know the Biggest SCAM is paid employment, once your in your trapped paid just enough to keep you coming back but not enough to allow you to live your dreams, as in this example here were people are been taken advantage of, exploited and taken for granted, all in the name of keeping the share holder happy, the world is full of opportunity all you need to do is grab yours to change you life........

Start to think in a positive way look for an opening that will allow you to find massive success so just start to change the way you think, find the opportunity that suits you and in 2 - 5 years you could be living the life of your dreams,
